Vrenor

Even before the founding of Anras Tiris  and Anras Iniath. Even before the fall of the north into Shadow. There stood Vrenor. Long praised for their calvalry the Riders of Vrenor tirelessly patrol the Esgoth Plains for threats to the Kingdom. A Rider here is among the most proud and few could match even your average soldier for their skill on horseback.
The city of Vrenor rests high on hilltops and is well suited for both defense and scouting. Unlike the grand capital and its sister city the houses are made entirely of wood imported from Gran. Anyone who lives in these lands is fully expected to be capable with horse, bow, and spear regardless of their race or gender.
Great beacons lay across the Esgoth Plains. Stone pyres ready to be lit should Orthellian ever call for aid in the struggle against the Shadow.
