Elemental Outriders of Galilea

The Elemental Outriders of Galilea (a.k.a The Outriders) are a large syndicate of rogue Galileans that formed a century after humanoids had escaped to Earth. It was founded by Manu Limpanga to fight any Elders who were affiliated with Elder Elliott.

Culture

The Outriders say that they are the "secondary Hooded Raiders" and so they act as cloaked vigilantes. They tend to be against anything involving the Elders, and they take every opportunity to hurt them if they are affiliated with Elder Elliott.

Public Agenda

The Elemental Outriders aim to learn about the Elders' plans so they can stop them before people get hurt. They describe themselves as a force for good and a voice against the Elders.

History

After the Elders chased the remaining humanoids to Earth, they continued to train them for their revenge plot. However, the Elders also used the humans on the planet, which caused both humans and humanoids to take a stand against it. One of these people was Manu Limpanga, a "true" Galilean. He formed the Elemental Outriders with other rogue humanoids to combat the Elders, since he believed no-one else was going to stop them, including Elijah Toska. Along with Alixa Quake, Johon Falkenberg, Dominic West and many others, they continued to fight the Elders in every life they had.
However, during the 1900s, the Pallorin of the United Kingdom started branding them as terrorists and criminals because the Outriders also attempted to expose the Pallorin's lies. This continued well into the 2000s. In 2024, the Pallorin passed a new law stating that people who hadn't finished their prison sentences in their previous lives would complete them in their current ones. This got many Outriders arrested, except Alixa (who was in the Pallorin at the time). They never disbanded, but became stronger when many of them left prison. Later on, they merged with the Hooded Raiders because Manu also happened to be part of the Raiders.
