Emmanuel Kylian Limpanga
Emmanuel "Manu" Limpanga is a Galilean from the planet Quadrilore, or more specifically, Quadrilore's moon. He is an introverted man, preferring to listen and observe others than outright state his opinions and emotions. People often think he is shy, but Manu can actually be overconfident and even condescending because he has a mild form of Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Physical Description
Physical quirks
Like many humanoids, Manu is ambidextrous, with his dominant hand being his left one. He tends to walk in brisk strides and has a straight posture because he is very confident.
Special abilities
Manu is a humanoid, and humanoids have extra genes that code for particular powers. Because of this, Manu has access to a range of powers, with more that could be unlocked in the future. Although he hides this from others, he has the elemental powers of Fulgurkinesis and Hydrokinesis. Manu's dominant power, however, is Technopathy because he uses it the most.
Specialized Equipment
Because of all his experiences, Manu always carries his switchblades wherever he is. The switchblades are made of xenolium, which is a metal that can absorb the energy of humanoid powers. This means that Manu's switchblades are receptive to his powers (especially Technopathy), allowing him to control his weapons remotely and when needed.
Manu also wears a Index Watch that helps him regulate his powers.

Many years after some humanoids escaped to Earth, Manu founded the Elemental Outriders of Galilea when he learned about the Elder's plans to continue using humans and humanoids.
Intellectual Characteristics
Manu is very intelligent in many fields, using this in both malicious and kind ways. He is emotionally intelligent and knows how to manipulate those around him. This places people in his traps or his care, making them easier to manipulate.
He is also very pragmatic, preferring to find logical solutions without using emotion. Although he eventually learns through Harvey Toska that emotions are also an important part of decision-making, he can still ignore them and shuns anyone who solely uses emotions to decide things.

Motivation
Manu's main goal is to stop The Disciples from reuniting the four Blueprints. He doesn't want the Disciples to build the Gateway after learning that Odile Sanchez wanted to take revenge on everyone who hurt her.
He also wants to expose the Elders' conspiracy and the Pallorin's flaws. He helped Harvey Toska and Fallone Lockshaw found a new version of the Hooded Raiders so they could fight the Elders.

Manu is very tech-savvy since technology is his favourite field, and his powers are related to technology. He is a problem-solver and can quickly figure out a new piece of technology within seconds without any of his powers. However, his problem-solving skills don't stop there. He is also sharp-witted and can think on his feet.

Manu is generally quite reserved, only speaking when he has something of value to say. He is more of a thinker and is also very polite when he is quiet. Harvey Toska's and Jace Hydelirn's personalities clash with his, so he tends to talk a lot more around them than he normally would.
Although he can be quite polite, many people know that this isn't always the case. Manu is quick-witted and seems to have a lot to say, even if he tends to be reserved and introverted. People close to Manu know he has a sharp tongue that's ready to dish out insults and witty remarks without warning.
Hobbies & Pets
Manu is into everything technological, but one of his main hobbies is hacking anything interesting. Because his powers require some degree of hacking, this is partly how he developed this hobby.
