Cyberdecks

Programs and Hardware can both be installed on them for the purposes of Netrunning, sharing the same stock of limited slots on your Cyberdeck.
What distinguishes powerful Cyberdecks from cheaper ones is the number of slots it has to modify it with.

Neuroport Cyberdecks
Due to cutting edge advances in miniaturization involved with the development of the Neuroport, it is possible to miniaturize a Cyberdeck by cutting out its capability to install Hardware, allowing it to be condensed to about the size of a thumb, and slotted directly into a user's neuroport. Any version of a Cyberdeck listed above, is also available as a Neuroport Cyberdeck at the same price, though the technology of the neuroport is still just hitting Night City, so they may be more difficult to source.
