Estiduan

A subspecies of Giant. Naturally burly, long-armed, and three times the height of an average human, little stands in their way. They are covered head-to-toe in fine, dark hair which gathers at the neck like a lion's mane and is prized for silks and scarves. Their heads are jackal-like with curling ears and piercing green eyes. A white tuft of a tail distinguishes their dark backside from the forest growth.   The Estiduan gather in the sparse forests of Jonu Quiato and are rarely found anywhere else. They boast many cultures despite their narrow geographic range. Universal among them is an aversion of other races, giant or otherwise. This behavior is sometimes perceived as shyness as the huge creatures slip silently away from the laternlight of human wanderers in the night. They are typically non-violent and most embrace vegetarianism, despite their sharp canines and claws fashioned for meat.
