Mikhael Solitsev is the hard drinking and eccentric friend and main advisor to Emperor Honour in Sanctuary. An elderly bugbear who is good looking for his age, has that 70-but-looks-40 appearance and wields dual handaxes. 
Mikhael, surprisingly to those who first meet him, is actually Peridotan and a former member of The Kingfishers from birth and came to Kaechaek as a sky privateer before finding a home in the nation and building a friendship with Emperor Honour due to their love of a good fight and unique combat styles.  Mikhael acted as Honour's second for his duels with the barons and is known to be the man who was chosen by Honour to take his place should the tiefling fall. 
Mikhael is a tough and combat driven bugbear still and has not calmed with age, instead seemingly searching out more and more fights and chances to prove himself and refusing to settle down with a spouse or children.
