Homestead is the second largest barony in
Kaechaek, with only
Sanctuary boasting more buildings, people and resources.
The barony is plain and pleasant despite notably sitting stationary in a Nocta Mori dominated area of the nation, due to this placement, the barony is deeply combative and survival based with their warriors notably being exceptionally skilled berserkers specialising in heavy, blunt and improvised weapons for impact and who follow
The Path with the narrow vision of ALWAYS returning stronger to serve the Homestead and their baron. Because of this, the Homestead often have a fairly small but STRONG group of warriors to defend it that are often powerful heroes and
Hunter's in their own right.
Homestead is also a self sufficient and self supporting space that specialise in the creation of Ice Crossers and notably have incredible farming methods that yield enough resources to feed their growing and strong population as well as trade with other barony's.
Homestead has recently been caught in controversy however as they have openly warned non-Kaechaek barony's that they will be attacked on approach to them but Kaechaek barony's will be welcomed with hospitality. This has created a dangerous situation for groups not hailing from Kaechaek as Homestead is seen as one of the most important checkpoints for anyone travelling through the northern Nocta Mori.
