Desdemona Boreal is the Wood Elf owner of The Wished Well in The Diamond, a Peridot barony.  She is a good looking, if severe and serious woman who takes the running of her inn very seriously and holds everything to a high standard, to such a point that she has not taken a day off for a decade and works from opening till close every day. An ever present in her establishment.  Desdemona is know to be, behind closed doors, an amusing and magically skilled woman who was trained in The Mind's Jewel and worked with The Magus Arcanum in Kaechaek before leaving their order despite her talents and choosing to stay in Kaechaek, taking over the Wished Well in the process after working as a manager in a series of smaller inns and taverns in The Diamond and Garnet.
