Newmedes

Newmedes is the college of calcomancy, specializing in the use of evocation, and abjuration magic. The smart, logical, and studious call Newmedes home. Run by an ex matronite, the college has some gender biases, but Newmedes has always been a coveted school for wizards, and the more learned arcane users.
Newmedes needs to be the best. They are schedule driven, and opperate on a curve rank system. Those who go to Newmedes are data driven, and statistically organized. The best way to their heart is through numbers.

Structure

The college is run by an ex matronite, and her two simulacrums. The college is insainly strict, but those who can take it come out with great educations and top marks. Similar to the college of temprotese rigid schedules and code are very important. Planning things out and being as prepared as possible are key attributes that keep Newmedes running.

Culture

The culture of Newmedes is a stressful one. It is elitest and preppy. High end academic gatherings, and ranked markings are used to reward and punish those who attened the college. Students are often expected to go for extracolicular activity, and attending school events to be the best they can be in all facits of life.
