The Guardians of Childhood Members
There were thirteen original members. The five founding members Father Time, Mother Nature, Mother Goose, Father Winter, and Lord Sandman.
Nicholas is sixth. Queens Boreal and Austral, Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Cupid/Saint Valentine, and Saint Patrick go from seventh to thirteenth. But the exact order is not known.
Out of all these people, the first two are born out of primordial entities. Mother Nature is the daughter of Goddess Gaia and Father Time is the son of Protogenoi Kronos.
It may be interesting to note that only Mother Nature and Primordial God Father Winter have children.
The last member is Baxter Baggs. He is the Prime Merlinean/Guardian of Belief in AEP. Baxter then marries Angela and they now are The Grand High Royalty of Ancient Power. Before Nicholas Claus leaves this plane, Baxter and Angela are the Grand High Royalty of Ancient Power and Christmas Magic. Their children are born and make it a royal family.
The deities of Ancient Power, once known, are also part of this group. Why? They are the creators and were invited to sit on this council.
How did this group get together? Many wonder how this group came together. Were they created for this purpose? Were they chosen and given special powers? I’m glad you’re curious about this. The majority of this group were chosen, either due to their lives or a prophecy. The two chosen for their lives were Mother Nature and Father Time, children of primordial deities (Protogenos). Father Winter volunteered for whatever reason that nobody knows. All of the chosen did not have powers beforehand. They were given powers once they were found. Some were easy. Powers and Abilities
The Guardians of Childhood have powers given to them by the Six Major Gods of Ancient Power. Some of these are based on their duties. There are also powers all of them have as well.
Background Powers of Guardians of Childhood
Ancient and Mystical Empowerment/Affinity: The Guardians are empowered by mystical places and the Ley Lines. They are also empowered by the Ancient Civilizations, Camelot, and events that led to the modern era of AEP.
Magic Amplification: The Guardians of Childhood are stronger near powerful ley lines (such as those that converge at either Pole (North and South)). They also are stronger together. Each of them are enhanced by the strength of belief in the spirit. It helps when they return some power back into the Earth.
When Ancient Earthly Power’s Grand High Age dawns, AEP is returned to the level it once was. This means each Guardian now has amplified powers (including Baxter who unlocks some new abilities) and all species now have full strength in their powers. The ability to speak in ancient tongues and that mortals can see mystical creatures and supernatural occurrences.
Magic Amalgamation/Unification: This power is used in the background when Ancient Power is connected to other lands and it allows all to use their powers on Earth. It is also used when beings from multiple realms and of varying levels wish to rid the world of evil beings. User can unify different types of magic, combining their advantages and possibly creating stronger form of magic.
Mystical Aura/Power/Radiance: All Guardians have a strong aura of power surrounding them. This energy also makes it known that they possess immensely strong magical properties.
Magic Detection/Sense “Third-Eye View or Remote Viewing”: Through the mystical sense of second sight, High-Level Mystics (Baxter and the Rulers and those of other realms) have the ability to detect sources from other supernatural entities and mystical items. This perception allows others to see friendlies or enemies or unknowns. They can also detect hidden places or objects as well.
Location Analysis: As a sub-ability of Magic Sense, all Guardians can analyze locations for signs of magic usage and beings. They can also detect portals if they are forming or dissipating with this ability.
The Gifts of Invisibility and Immortality: These gifts allows all Guardians the ability to render themselves cloaked by the naked eye and live forever.
In-Use Powers of Guardians of Childhood
Omnilingualism/All-Tongue and Zoolingualism: “The Gift of Universal Translation” is to be able to speak, write, understand and communicate in any language, sign language (even lip-reading), alien languages that have never been heard before, reading body language, and backwards speech and writing with little or no training. With a subset of All-Tongue, users are able to understand the speech of animal life forms.
Magical Energy Manipulation (Ley Lines and Aether): All Guardians can use the Ley Lines and Aether daily and also in spells.
Spell Casting/Magical Incantation: All Guardians can cast spells. These series of incantations or specific thoughts, gestures, rituals and other actions can do anything. Many verbal spells are in Latin or other ancient languages. But some are not verbal.
Teleportation (Magiportation) (Master Level): All Guardians are capable of teleporting on a planetary scale, moving anywhere on the planet. He can take people with him if he chooses to.
Telepathy “Telepathic Contact” (Master Level): All Guardians are able communicate by thought-speak and they can also read minds. And lots more!
Mystical Species Bonding/Companionship (Unicorns, Alicorns/Pegasi, Dragons, ETC.): The alliance formed by mystical species and humans eventually became something much more. Those who work with Alicorns, Gryphons, Dragons, Unicorns and many others understand them and care for them like family. Those who want to pull carriages, coaches, wagons, or sleighs do.
Realm Connection: The Collective Congress is able to link and unlink (or open and close) a gateway to other dimensions, universes or realities. These other connected realities lead to exchanges of ideas, forces and even people.
Realm Closure: The entire Collective Congress has the ability to close off their realm from others to prevent any Dark Magic or any wars from interfering with their realm. This is only used if something that is world-threatening.
Portal Creation “Portal Generation/Materialization, Interdimensional Gateway, and Wormhole Creation/Generation”: The entire Collective Congress has the ability to create portals to use between Earth and other realms. This transport system allows the entire Leadership of All Realms to gather and talk about issues facing them.
Portal Negation/Destruction: The entire Collective Congress has the ability to close off their realm from others to prevent any Dark Magic or any wars from interfering with their realm.
Dimensional Travel “Dimension/Realm Hopping, Dimensional Jumping/Traveling, and Realm Travel”: The entire Collective Congress has the ability to go between different dimensions. They also could choose to cross over different planes of existence or travel across various forms of reality, including alternate universes/other earths or even pocket dimensions.
Tempus Infinitum “Time Leap/Jump, Chronoportation, Temporal-Teleportation, Temporal Travel” (Absolute Level): The entire Collective Congress has the ability to enter into other periods of time. They can go back or forward in time. The study of this phenomenon is called temporal mechanics but alternations can cause, among other things, alternate timelines or realities.
Illusionary Environment “Environmental Illusion Generation/Creation/Projection and Illusive Environment”: The entire Collective Congress has the ability to cast area-effect illusions that alters the appearance of their environment, mostly to hide things from view.
