Continent of Terathis

Terathis is a vast, diverse continent filled with wonders and dangers alike. Its landscapes range from the snowy peaks of the Frostspires in the northeast to the lush jungles of the Xanthos Wilds to the southwest. Tension and power struggles have defined Terathis' history and still influence its present.     On the west, Caledhel, predominantly under the rule of the The Estari Dominion, displays a grandeur that betrays an undercurrent of strict control and tension. Conversely, the region of Miranthor in the east, largely governed by the influential The Traders Union' Union of Miranthor, is a bustling hub of commerce and negotiation.   The southeastern land of @Azuremar remains a wild and unconquered expanse, its potential riches veiled by the challenges of its untamed lands. The central Disputed Lands, a bone of contention between the Estari Dominion and the Traders' Union, offer a glimpse into a variety of lifestyles. Here, you'll find the agricultural tranquility of Avoreen, the swamp-dwelling resilience of Clearwater Marsh inhabitants, and the isolated tribes of the sprawling Puzzlewood forest.     In the scarred Dust Valley, defiance takes form in the Freeholds of Celestia, standing firm against the Estari Dominion's expansionist aspirations. Meanwhile, the Unsettled Lands boast their own unique allure. From the frigid Pine Barrens and their snowy solitude to the mysterious archipelago of the Emerald Depths, every corner holds a story to unravel.     The abandoned mining city of Dunvar, surrounded by the vibrant Pilgrim Green forest, speaks to past prosperity and present desolation. The Kings Crest Mountains, forming a natural barrier between Caledhel and Miranthor, seem to echo the political divide below them.     Teeming with political intrigue, hidden treasures, and untamed wilderness, Terathis is a continent that invites exploration and promises adventure at every turn. It's a land where every step can lead to discovery or danger – often both.
