Port Tallos
As the one port city in the northern region of the West Irolian continent, this stands as the north's only lifeline to the world outside. This city is part of the Joston Federation of Independent States but remains allied and heavily supported by Bloodhammer. It is a large city, but fairly small in comparison to other large port cities, but no less heavily defended.
It is owned and controlled by the human merchant guild Pathos of Atlae, but the Bloodhammer council keeps a close eye on things here, having gone as far as to sign a contract to provide most of their goods at a discounted rate directly to the guild for a seat at the table in determining the laws of the city.
