Ironfist Maw

Originally a private mine owned by the Ironfist clan at the northeasternmost corner of the West Irolian continent, the settlement was closely allied with the city of Bloodhammer, until they broke away when the city began showing signs of change to a multicultural nation and other races were even allowed on the ruling council. They attempted to tolerate the presence of the others, but living under the rule of non-dwarven rulers was too much insult to this proud city, and they separated and set fairly strict rules involving immigration, while opening their gates and assisting any of dwarven descent moving in. The city doesn't necessarily hate other races, but they do prefer the isolation over being ruled by outsiders. The city gates are closed to non-dwarves, unless they have official business in the city. The immigration laws are so strict that non-dwarves cannot even own property without the approval of someone within a leadership role in the Ironfist clan.   This city is more traditional than Bloodhammer, and due to this, the city consists mostly of dwarves and has a very serious atmosphere to it. The citizens work hard all day, mining, smithing or whatever else they do for work, and during the evening they let off steam in the night life this city offers. Taverns for drinking and conversation, brawling pits and other physically taxing sports to work out stress, and arcades with games of skill for entertainment.
