Ironfist clan
A dwarven clan that admits members based upon lineage, but also talent. Once every 5 years, a grand festival is held to celebrate ??? TBA ??? and induct a new member of the Ironfist clan. The festival holds a contest to design and create an item at a forge, for which the prize is joining one of the most prestigous clans in dwarven society, as well as the ruling caste of several major dwarven cities. It is not only a huge honor, but comes with many material benefits, similar to human high nobility.
