Elysium
The realm of the gods. A divine plane of existence all divine beings call home. Every divine being has their own pocket within this disjointed plane, every pocket being completely separate from the other. There is a nexus that links them all, but one must meet certain criteria to access each one.
Elysium isn't just a place, it is a state of being and divinity itself. To lay claim to a pocket of Elysium means that being has some level of divine power, and if killed will regenerate there. Also, beings have complete control over their pocket. All residents of this plane that have a claim to divinity are also bound to this plane by the Elysian Lattice.
Each pocket created by a god that calls this plane home appears as that being envisions, and their worshippers are typically admitted to their realm upon death (provided their soul is free to do so). So faiths and gods are rely on tales of where a worshipper goes after death to attract followers, as many faiths are rather harsh and disciplined so the reward at the end of the difficult tunnel of life is generally the largest incentive. Most gods don't intervene on behalf of mortals directly, expecting their followers to assist.
