Myra
(a.k.a. Goddess of nature)
Goddess that created the world, and believed to the the soul of the planet. She cares for all, but demands respect and care be taken with the natural world. Destruction of nature can often insight her wrath, and safeguarding it can lead to her blessing. She is revered by the elves as having no equal, and is the primary being of worship in their homeland. As far as the elves are concerned, this is the most powerful and important god, as she literally keeps the world living.
While she does not have any disdain for civilization, she does not like large cities of refined materials. She has an absolute hatred for any sort of industrialization, including mechanical tools and weapons such as firearms. Large cities try to appease her wrath by constructing shrines to her in the form of beautiful parks within the city's walls. There have been incidents in the past where a city did nothing to calm her ire towards urban hubs, one such incident ended with the city being overtaken by a forest overnight.
There is no arguing that Myra is powerful and vengeful, but that is simply one side of the coin. To those that do not earn her malice, the entire natural world becomes more hospitable.
