Orders to Tamper With Tzim-Sha's Recall Circuit

Its existence is implied by the shady circumstances surrounding Tzim-Sha's disappearance following his attempt at the Leadership Challenge. In fact, Tzim-Sha himself believes the Doctor is the cause of his displacement.
Ta'zhen has found evidence that this is untrue.

Purpose

Spurred by Tzim-Sha's declaration of intent to challenge his position, T'zu-Crae sent a recorded message squirreled into a personal communication device to the scientists fashioning Tzim-Sha's recall circuitry, ordering them to change the return coordinates to anywhere that isn't Mudewei.

Historical Details

Background

This would not be the first time T'zu-Crae has attempted to interfere in such a way as to get his opponents or potential opponents killed. It is an open secret that Ta'zhen's citizenship trial was deliberately set up to be as dangerous as possible in hopes that she wouldn't survive (and that he could put the "embarrassment" that is the human Saeh'han picked up "behind him"). T'zu-Crae was rumored to have taken the news of Ta'zhen's survival (and therefore, Stenza citizenship) poorly.

History

One of the scientists copied the message, smuggling it to Saeh'han, who then passed it on to Ta'zhen, who has taken it to Earth, hidden away in her gel arm. She slipped out of Stenza space under the guise of taking leave and is awaiting further instructions.
