Mr. Scar Hiran De'Arianwen (a.k.a. The Demon of Revelry, 3 A.M., Jack Dagron, The Alpha of the Horde)

Mr. Scar, a member of the Rogue's Gallery, resides in Settledusk. There, he is known as Hiran De'Arianwen, Master of Ceremony, and trusted advisor to Lord Feodor Melchior.
In truth, he is the current Demon Lord of Revelry, and is working with Mr. Void and the other Rogue's Gallery for some nefarious purposes. In his past he was known as Jack Dagron of the Kokuja, the Silver Eyed Wolf of the Arcana, and Alpha of the Vile Horde. He is currently known as 3 A.M. and is a mentor in the Syndicate of Grandfather Time.
Since arriving in Alloyus, the party has felt his involvemet in some degree to every conflict they've resolved such as: 

• He created the Abraxus drug that would have wrought havoc in Alluminos.
• He sent members of Zeugma's Kin to Yonara for investigation where they nearly turned the Ta'LeSharo upon the town.
• Spurred Los Canteros to attack the people of Faircaster with the aid of Abraxus and sent Bertholdt to oversee his progress.
• Was given special accomadations by Kaspen Hush to ensure he was not disturbed when he and Trieu Ron Triend weakened the Aegis in Three Point River
• Kept Medea safe from scrutiny as well as provided her resources to ensure her Shadowed Heart dealings were not disrupted.
• He had Ela's father assassinated and was present for the moment.
• He was involved in the Kokuja as a mentor to Dorothea Kramer, and a long time ally to Siesko' O'Lak.
• He was part of Kazimier's past life's turn to wickedness that would eventually lead to Kazimier in present day becoming a Warlock.
• Orchestrated the assassination that kicked off the Kaldos Rebellion.
• In Zariya's time, he would eventually betray the Syndicate to Mr. Void and lead to the creation of Acamoth.
