A Unicorn Knight is a part of a pair, a Unicorn and their knight. The Unicorn choices their knight, not the other way around. It's often because they see a quality inside a person that the person themselves those not see, yet. It is known that female unicorns are choosing male knights and male unicorns female knights. Why they do that is unknown.
