The unicorns are large horse creatures, with four legs that end up in hooves. In the middle of their heads they have one horn, which is quite sharp.

Unicorns without a Knight are living inside the thick forest of Spegikho. But when they are bound to a Knight they live with the Knight.

Social Structure
The unicorns themselves do not live in a social structure. But they uphold the structure of the Unicorn Knights ranks. Still even then they see each other as equals.
Domestication
Unicorns hate the idea that they fall under the same category as livestock and pets. Because they are not livestock or a pet. They are highly intelligent creatures, that will leave their Knight if they treat them as such. It has never happened, but the unicorns warn the Knights over and over.
Uses, Products & Exploitation
They are not livestock or pets, but that those not mean that they are only used as mounts for the Knights. And as soldiers in wars. Their manure does wonders for gardens, it is not redemanded to use it for a vegetable garden. But the citizens of Spegikho are using the manure for their gardens, it is said that they do not use anything else. Specially the earth Fairies are loving the effect that it has on their plants.
Warning: Unicorn manure has a strange effect on vegetables and fruit. Do not use it near your vegetable garden.What this strange effect is, is unknown.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Unicorns are mostly found inside the kingdom Spegikho, this because of the thick forests. Where they can disappear if they do not want to bind themselves to a Knight.
Average Intelligence
Unicorns are very smart, even smarter than most other species inside Mirror World. To some surprise of other species. Even the Dragons underestimate them. But the unicorns do not care as long they are left alone when they have no Knight.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Unicorns can wield their own kind of magic. With their magic they can bind themselves to another species, making them their Unicorns Knights. Their magic also protects their Knight, but also gives the Knight their silver armor. Brisca Dandolo is the only one who has a sword with this armor.
Symbiotic and Parasitic organisms
The unicorns can live perfectly on their own, the unicorn Stardust has proven that over and over. But most of the unicorns want to live with a Unicorn Knight. This is a member of another species.

Average Physique
Unicorns have a strong physique, they can run for 24 hours. Without taking a break but after that there is not much energy left. They are capable to fight with their hooves and magic. But the prefer to do it with a Knight.
