The Magical University & Library
This large sprawling series of buildings is home to the magical university in Resonata, run in the city as an educational center for anyone with magical talent. They offer classes to wizards, clerics, bards, warlocks, and druids -- all are welcomed. Those who wish to study and show talent are allowed to attend for a small fee. The attendance fee can be waived for a few years of service in the dukedom after graduation. The service options include working in civic construction, medicine, agriculture, military, or transportation work.
Those who wish to visit the Library must do so with appropriate paperwork and will be restricted to what they can access based on their status.
