This slightly weather looking building has a bar/tavern as well as serves food to those who work on the docks nearby or sailors who are in port for a few days between their travels. This bar is owned and kept by Harris Archer and the waitress/barmaid is his daughter, Lucienda Archer and the cook who is an unusual sight is Barca, a goblin gourmand.
