Personal history
Verti grew up in the small northern village of Song with his mother and two younger sisters. They were a poor family that barely made ends meet living in the small one room shack on the outskirts of town. They were very devout in their faith, and adhered to the tenants of the Influence of Yidul strictly.
Verti, as a consequence of his upbringing, was raised in the church and began his career in the clergy early in life as an altar boy. As he grew he took to secretary and administrative work well, and quickly climbed the ranks, soon finding himself working as a holy book salesmen in the area in charge of exporting books to other nations and moved to Origin.
It was here where his work really shined and he grew his ego to believe he was above his superiors. It was one, unfortunate day that Verti attempted to run a "flash freeze" drill, by tossing water on the stairs in the middle of a particularly harsh winter of the main way in and out of the building and claiming an emergency. Once the the crowd had gather he began to go over the proper safety of navigating the cold an frozen path ways/steps when he to walk down them to better demonstrate what he was talking about.
He slipped that day on those stairs frozen by him. And the crowd watched. His injuries weren't severe, and most certainly survivable other than the heart attack he suffered from the mere onset of losing his balance for a moment.
Verti can be found buried in the Crypts of Song, with other high ranking members of the church and clergy of renown for his efforts as a salesmen and his family well compensated.

He was shunned by his mother and sisters for approximately two years after neglecting to save the excess oil from a package of whale meat.

Hobbies & Pets
He has a small beat patch outside of his shack, and enters into the annual Beat Festival. He can also be seen set up in the local market on occasion with a sign reading, "These are the money beets."
Speech
He often speeks with and uses Old Thulee terms not often used or heard by his peers. This has lead them to be a bit unsure in the approach to him.
