Crypts of Song
Architecture
The walls are carved from the stoned in the ground itself, with narrow corridors that open suddenly into large, darkened spaces. Pillars, tombs and caskets line the rooms, along with various burial supplies left behind by past visitors.
History
The Crypts of Song are used to bury and/or give final rights to a person of the church who has died. Many lower clergy are typically taken to the main chamber and cremated up on an ancient altar upon death. Only those who have gained high notoriety or rank within the church are given lasting burial sights and monuments.
