Minecraft World Government
The Minecraft World Government is the largest governmental body on the surface of Minecraftia to date.
History
The government is the (current) end result of the hundreds of years that passed between Minecraftia's various governments. Due to the diplomatic skills of Steven, the four factions of the redstone engineers, griefers, builders, and warriors merged and formed the world government.
Eventually, a former prince of one of the capital Cities of Harmony named Lucian would seek to take over the World Government many times. He attempted to take control the first time by force, becoming the leader of the terroristic Illager faction and waging war against the Cities of Harmony. He was defeated but respawned centuries later and hid under a disguise as he worked within the government for nearly two decades. In the Classic Timeline, he uses the Command Block to successfully activate Protocol C-164, beginning the hunting and executing of members of the Order of the Stone until there were almost none remaining. He successfully defeated Julian and took over the World Government, transforming it from a democracy into a dictatorship. His rule lasted for around forty years before he was dethroned by Senza, the new hero and face of the Rebellion. With the World Government out of Lucian's grasp, it eventually returned to being a democracy once again.
In the Altered Timeline, Lucian once again uses the Command Block to activate Protocol C-164, but due to the Order of the Stone already being prepared for the betrayal of the iron golems, he fails to destroy the order, and is soon stopped before he can keep the throne.
Territories
The world government spans roughly around 1,126,000 blocks of land currently, around 1/26th of the entire world at the time of writing.
Military
The military factions of the world government are divided into seven sections. There are the builders, who specialize in building strategic structures on the battlefield. There are redstone engineers, who specialize in technological advancements. The griefers are often used for destructive battles where collateral damage is an acceptable sacrifice. The warriors are highly trained soldiers that do much of the physical fighting. The potion brewers, which largely focus on supplying the other factions of the military with skill-enhancing potions in preparation for battle. The iron golems, which bring devastation to any opposing foe in swarms. The wolf pack, full of well-trained wolves which specialize in attacking groups of enemies that hide in buildings that are difficult to infiltrate.
Technological Level
The world government has successfully begun using skulks to create wireless redstone engineering, beginning the first stages of a world wide web due to the technological potential of the Command Block.

The purpose of the Order of the Stone is to keep the World government in check, therefore it is frequently enforced for the knights to not grow attachments to government workers. The world government is tolerant towards the Order of the Stone and even has buildings belonging to the Order in its capital cities.
