The Putrid Grove

This huge mushroom forest is as dense as it is expansive. Here there are two known Myconid colonies that live in harmony. Strangely enough, these towering alien stalks of fungi hold a residual amount of fey magic. The Dwarves of Makkam once tried to harvest the bounteous resources of this landscape at great peril to thier people. Since then most that venture forth into the Underdeep avoid the area, except for the occasional curious scholar or dumbstruck adventurer.
