Ascended Coppice

The Ascended Coppice sits atop a rocky plateau far disconnected from the rest of the Underdeep's denizens. It is rumored that a great civilizaton once resided over this table rock, however none have been able to chart its location due to the nature of it's position. Sheer cliffs border this coppice standing over 300 feet tall, land slides are known to plague its overhang, and there are numerous reactive and poisonous plants and mushrooms all around it. A group of 30 scholars and builders once set off to make the climb, however once another group travelled to check up on them all that was found were the dilapidated remains of a couple of buildings and a destroyed gondola.
