The Galaxy has changed!! Well about 190 years ago it did. Gods are real and live. Monsters and other species exist? Elves are a thing? Dwarves are a thing too?! The Norse Gods came through a rift on Earth and tried to save it. Humans have spread to other planets and systems, but the home world was in danger from overuse of resources and over population. The god supposedly helping them was not. War started and The Deceiver was slain. The Norse gods slain them. Hoping to close the rift before the other Gods showed up but it was too late. The rest came and argued over who laid claim to Earth. 40 Years of warring over it with no one gaining ground. Until something happened. The Imperial Family showed up. Who were they? The Gods won't tell. The Family banished the humans and gods from Earth. They gave each group of Gods and a system to rule. The Norse angered the rest of the pantheons so the Imperial Family thought it was just to give them a system that wasn't inhabited by anyone. That they had to restart and rebuild their own system. While the rest got systems that have been prospering for centuries or more.   In the Vanahiem system; Midgard is the planet that the Norse people chose. Once they reached it they set building quickly. The planet houses the expeditionary fleet of the gods. It is a wild and lively planet. The system orbits around a unique binary star system. The people of Midgard have only one city at this time and some others have set out to create villages and towns of their own. Life here is dangerous outside Yggdrasil, but if you can survive you can find unique life to tame or kill for profit. Within a couple of months an expedition to the other nearby planets will be conducted by the ship Frosted Spear. Commanded by the Goddess of Winter; Skadi. While The Burning Ember(Commanded by the Goddess of the Sun; Sunna.) is going to study the binary stars and figure out how to harness the power of the two stars.
