Cielida
The Sky Mother. The Blue Condor. The Luck Bringer.
Cielida from the blood of Chicue as it formed the second world. Her birth and that of her brother-husband, Llauvo, ushered in the Elemental Golden Age. She's considered one of the most capricious and generous of the deities, bestowing divine gifts without demanding sacrifice, but also imposing cruel twists of fate as easily to her devoted followers as to those who spurn her worship.
Divine Domains
In her incarnation as the sky mother, she's a diety who rules over air, wind, light, and the sun. In her aspect as the Queen of Fate or the Luck Bringer, she has dominion over births, luck, and disasters. As the Mother of Art, she's the source rules over inspiration, beauty, aesthetics, and performance. And as the Golden Condor, deserts and other places of barren solitude are sacred to her.
She is the patron of actors, aerialists, artists, dancers, feather workers, gamblers, illusionists, lovers, mothers, musicians, poets, and singers.
Divine Symbols & Sigils
Cielida is usually depicted as a golden condor or blue songbird flying in sunlit sky. Alternatively, she's sometimes depicted as a strong woman painted hands, dressed in feathers, gold, and turquoise.
