After the Great War, Istanbul became an intercultural world-scale metropolis. Completely destroyed, and in the middle of the Digital Avatars of Destruction era, the city has been re-founded as a neutral ground where Telum, Invictus, and Machina live together in an armed peace. The reason is the need to have a metropolis for trade.
