The fifth born of the Blythe Ash line and Jay’s sibling. They are nonbinary and use they/them xe/xer pronouns. Ngu means sleep. Wasaki means the enemy. Ngu picked their first and middle name after coming out as a sort of ironic joke because they never freaking sleep. Therefore sleep, the enemy. The kind of joke that’s only really hilarious to the sleep deprived, like xem! Instead of sleeping they write anonymous letters/essays to news stations and different government departments expressing their views extensively. Xe hate their dad and don’t really like xer mom. They’ve done research into the human world like Jay and Nimrah and unlike them are not impressed and find humans just as crappy and disappointing as their own society. Thus not worth xer time. They already had xer hands full trying to fix this government! Nevertheless, Ngu actually likes Jay and Nimrah. Acts as if Cashlin and Jacob don’t exist. Will occasionally acknowledge younger siblings, but not often. If there is genuine distress being expressed and neither Nimrah or Jay appear to interfere Ngu will step in before someone like Cashlin tries. Ngu will let their mom handle the situation if she comes. Ngu will not let xer dad handle it unless the one really upset is Siran (but that’s never the case). Jacob isn’t going to ever try, he pretends the rest of them don’t exist better than Ngu.
