Reimar of Hegenburg
Reimar is the leader of the survivors sheltering in Hegenburg. He says he used to be a member of the town council. He spoke with the party shortly after their arrival, and told them about how the remaining residents have managed to stay alive, and why they don't want to leave. He also indicated that the walking dead haven't assaulted the city since the early days of the breakout, and that he is not aware of any secret tunnels leading into the city.
Unlike the rest of the survivors, Reimar seems rather well-fed - he maintains a sizable paunch. He also has a wart on his nose. This made Eddi suspicious, so she broke into his room at night, and found good food, and a threatening letter from someone named Matilda (according to a later statement by the Margrave von Rabenwald - a sorceress.
