Frau Klara
A middle-aged Augur woman who belongs to a tabor that has some sort of relationship with Boss Reinhard. She was at Reinhard's feast in Willmar when she gave readings to Kaleb and Winifred.
The party had a run-in with her at the Blue Angel Tavern, where several of them were involved in an altercation with her people and Reinhard. Subsequently, several of them also encountered her tabor in the Düst foothills. Initially, they tried to get her to identify an item Rodrick removed from some bandits, but when she asked for Kaleb's spear as the price, Uisce tried to control her mind. Klara resisted the attempt, and tried to control Uisce in her stead. Rodrick tried to placate her by offering a medallion, which, he had forgotten, was taken from one of her people in the previous fight. She ordered them out of her wagon, else her people would kill them. They left immediately.
