Blue Angel Tavern

A local establishment in Willmar. It is run by the family of Edwige, who draws her descent from St. Bockkloster. Various members of the party had stopped there on route to Schloss Hirschenwald. It became the site of a confrontation between Narcissa, Sigisar, and Boss Reinhard, in which the former two perished. Reinhard appears to have established a residence there ever since he was expelled from the castle by Winifred. There were rumors of Sigisar, with his heart ripped out, stalking around on the nearby streets. Later, he adopted the persona of Bernard the Fowler. He also seems to have brought his Augur allies to be admitted into both town and tavern.
