Prefect Claudia Lum (a.k.a. Angry Bitch)
Claudia Lum is a female half-orc. She is the Prefect of the Imperial City and commands 1,026 Vigiles. Her stern and dispassionate manner toward others makes her seem like she possesses barely held contempt for everyone she meets and the vigils refer to her (sometimes even affectionately) as That Angry Bitch.

Claudia is tall, thickly built, and muscular. She is not an attractive woman but also doesn't care to be.

Personal history
Both of Claudia's parents were half orcs living in the upper district of the Imperial City. Her father was a daytailer and part time criminal enforcer, and her mother worked as a wench at an underground fighting ring. Both of Claudia's parents were killed in a riot when she was 10 years old and she had to learn how to fight for survival in the poorest parts of the city. At 14 she lied about her age to join the Vigile, determined to put a stop to the chaos and lawlessness in the upper districts and the Imperial City at large. Claudia has been all Vigile all the way and has never married or even paid attention to suitors.
Employment
Claudia has been in the Vigile for 30 years and has served in every capacity.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Claudia is the first Half Orc woman to make Constable in the Imperial City and the first Half Orc in history to become a Prefect in the entire Empire. This feat alone has made her famous among half orcs.
In her three years as Prefect crime and fire has been drastically reduced in the upper districts and vigils now patrol areas that were once considered off limits to coppers. There have been no riots citywide since her ascent.
