Ukari Wardens of Trade & Commerce

Name of the Law Enforcement Unit: Wardens of Trade.
What Laws are they enforcing in the world: Trade Good Laws.  The Growing of Illegal plants or animals. Selling of Illegal Plants or Animals. Illegal Hunting or Foraging. Counterfeit Goods. Smuggling In or Out of the Land.

How do they Enforce those Laws: They are able to arrest people committing the crime. Who are then tried at a court in from of a council of elders. 
What are the punishments for breaking the law: Fine, Loss of Property, Loss of Freedom. Rarely does this kind of Crime come with the loss of Life. The only time is if someone is found selling drugs to children and the children die. 
What is a member of the enforcement agency breaks this law: They are not treated any differently by the council of elders. A crime is a crime no matter who you are. 
How did the law start: The kingdoms had noticed a need for an oversight on their trade goods. The Ukari kingdom is rich in trade goods and needed an organization to oversee any and all laws pertaining to commerce. 
Social Structure of this Organization: Apprentice works with seasoned members to get a feel for the duties of the jobs. Once trained they will become a full Warden.

What kind of Formal Training if Any: They are trained in Botany, Animals behavior, drugs and interactions, as well as hand to hand combat and how to restrain an individual. 
Feared or are they Respected or Both: Respected, Not really feared unless you are breaking the law. They are not known to be overly aggressive. 
Size and Resources: The Wardens have headquarters in each major Kingdom of the Ukari totalling in 5 Headquarters who all oversee the trade and commerce of each kingdom. 20 members strong totalling in about 100 members through out the kingdom.

How much Power: They do not have the power to kill anyone unless their life is threatened. 
How much are they paid and any benefits: They live comfortable lives, not rich, not poor.
Jail: The great stone jail of the Ukari sits in the center of the volcano.
