Tullius Vincianum
Praetur Tullius Vincianum
Tullius Vincianum is the first and current Praetur of Adanum. He arrived on Vrinn Island with the first military force from the Numian Empire and established the first settlement on the island.
Tullius gave his life in service to the empire when an evil dragon tried to take control of Vrinn Island.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Despite his spindly frame, Tullius is in good general condition. His rather thin body makes him look taller than he actually is. His bone structure is very pronounced beneath a thin layer of skin, however, not to a point that one might think he would be malnourished.
Facial Features
Tullius usually carries a frown his face, which combined with his extended goatee provides him with a slightly sinister appearance.
Apparel & Accessories
Tullius always presents himself in very fine clothing, befitting someone of his station. Most of his garments have the empire's sigil embroidered to represent his official position as a Praetur. Overall, from his clothing as well as from the accessories that he wears and surrounds himself with, it is clear that Tullius is better off than most, a lot better.

Contacts & Relations
Tullius joined the Numian military early on. His military career, however, did not last very long. Both, the military and him agreed, that they were not made for each other. Unfortunately, leaving the military would not reflect very well upon the family. As such, Tullius now serves as a civilian attaché to the military. He accompanies the military on their incursions into new territories and serves as Praetur to establish new settlements.
Family Ties
The Vincianum family draw their family line back to the time of the Council of Light. At that time they were a very prominent family carrying a lot of power and influence, or so they claim. With the fall of the Council and the rise of the Numian Empire came a lot of changes, and the Vincianum family had a lot of difficulties adjusting to the new status quo. Nonethless, they managed to retain some of their influence and power, rather than falling completely into oblivion.
Tullius was the youngest in the family, and as the 3rd born son he was of no further importance to the lineage. He was free to do what he wanted.
