Diana Ndiaye was the Supreme Chancellor of the Second Republic of Lordania from 2287 until her death in 2301. Prior to being elected as Supreme Chancellor, she served as the Kingston Economic Secretary for the People's Republic of Lordania, and was instrumental in the formation of the Second Lordanian Republic under Sol.
Born on Lordania, Ndiaye was one of the earliest people to migrate to Kingston, becoming mayor of New Havana in 2259.
While not a member of the Unitarian Party, Ndiaye was close to many officials on Kingston, becoming economic secretary of the planet in 2267. She remained in this position until the collapse of the People's Republic in 2280. This position within the state allowed her to make vital connections with sympathetic politicians and administrators, many of whom would go on to found the Second Lordanian Republic.
