Qualifications
In order to become a TROO the candidate must:
- Have completed their apprenticeship as a TROOGMOE.
- Be healthy and physically fit.
- Have a voice loud enough to be heard over a battlefield.
- Have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Have thinking and reasoning skills for making quick decisions.
- Have persistence and determination to succeed.
- Have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Have the ability to work well with others in a team.
Career Progression
A TROOGMOE finishing their apprenticeship becomes a TROO, with seniority they can become a TROOOD. If a TROO is ambitious and well connected enough they may be promoted to a MYNSYS.
Other Benefits
A TROO gains all the respect that comes with legally wearing a toga with a red trim. They are allowed a seat in the WYKSE and can vote on issues affecting the city. As they have a red trim their vote carries two times the weight of a yellow trim.
Perception
Purpose
The purpose of a TROO is to command ten squads each lead by a TRINTO.
Social Status
As a TROO command the loyalty of hundreds of men at arms, such power is fairly attractive to those of lesser nobility.

The day to day duties of a TROO can include:
- Managing the supply of essential necessities.
- Managing engineering projects.
- The control of weapons and defense systems.
- Assisting with navigation.
- Developing and supervising training.
