Qualifications
In order to become a MYNSYS the candidate must:
- Complete an apprenticeship as a MYNSYSAYGMOE.
- Be of at least LAAKROMYI or higher.
- Posses knowledge of military tactics and the needs of military personnel.
Career Progression
A MYNSYS can gain seniority and become a MYNSYSOD. If a MYNSYS can convince the other MYNSYSOD of a need they can be promoted to a RIBO.
Payment & Reimbursement
MYNSYS are paid a generous monthly stipend for their work, along with expenses for when their work requires travel.
Other Benefits
A MYNSYS gains all the respect that comes with legally wearing a toga with a blue trim. They are allowed a seat in the WYKSE and can vote on issues affecting the city. As they have a blue trim their vote carries three times the weight of a yellow trim.

Purpose
The purpose of MYNSYS is to guarantee that military personnel receive a standardised training and a minimum equipment required.
Social Status
The power to determine military doctrine is not something to be left to those of lesser birth.

Unlike their subordinates MYNSYS typically work in an office in major cities.
Provided Services
The day to day duties of a MYNSYS can include:
- Determine the necessary qualifications of military personnel.
- Monitoring the training of military personnel.
- Making the final decisions on military promotions.
- Determining the needs of military personnel on campaign.
- Creating contracts for military suppliers.
- Deciding who supplies military contracts.
