Witches/witchcraft.

Definition:

Witches in the realms deal with the interaction of nature and chaos. Deferring from foliad/nocturne magic in execution and structure, where magic native to Levis is built in phrases of circuits, with a source "word" and phrases passing off it before returning; witchcraft flows from in gestures, like a weaving of power deriving from the practitioner.

Witchcraft also involves use of potions and salves and common sense and lost knowledge.

Practitioners.

Astrid- witch of the Forbidden Forest, fey born and regal.

Agava- potion and jangly bits, has a city wingless wren she brings everywhere.

Madam vesperine- on the natare city council, your mother gothel type, all hair and manipulation.

Luysi - coven leader. Skulls and botany

Ammythist- lace and cloaks and journeys from the starberry wine region.

Wren- butch Goth and faux leather and a denim like substance, with claws and dirt and attitude.

Common 'gestures'

Enhance: when used in writing or hand movements it is a curve with a kick to it, used to add more power to a thing already containing power, this is like writing with an exclamation point or all in caps.

Call/draw: described as a swirling spiral in the horizontal plane with a clenched hand at the end (or a spiral with a thick centre when written), this gesture encourages a target to move towards a goal, usually the practitioner.

Restrictions:

Witchcraft requires the imbuing of energy from the practitioner into the craft, and thus is limited by the energy within the user.
