Apothecary
A square is a type of rectangle but not all rectangles are squares. As true are Apothecaries to Witches. While witches can make potions and balms and salves and mixtures, not every witch is the healer and mixer combo that is an Apothecary.
Apothecaries form into three main thrusts - healing - so your salves and balms, things made to encourage the body to work its own internal healing better. They also learn in their apprenticeship how to do the more practical healing - setting a bone, some light surgery, and the such.
-making/mixing - these are your more precise conconcotions - your inks and your dyes, your complex poisons, things that through complex uses of heat and mixing and grinding form something new.
-teaching of herb lore - while ecologists and botanists know what a thing is, and a gardener can tell you how to handle it, Apocetharies tend to have a deep knowledge of the use of a thing and the adaptation of some of the more eclectical plants of their region.
