Xanadu

Xanadu, which translates to the Minan Council of Federati Embracing Elders, is an effort spearheaded by several of the Minan Clan Elders, giving it the largest Minan voice to date. Though not all Minan Elders embrace the idea of actively working with Federati, as of this time, roughly 35% have, and the amount seems to be growing - largely thanks to the actions of the Alphans. The response of the Xandadu is, in large part, the reason for the granting of the Special Guild Charter to the Alphans, forming the Minan Investigative Team, or MIT.
