Exenar Institute

The Exenar Institute's name developed from its initial charter - the XNR or XeNo Awareness Research Institute, originally founded on Omerant System, its Headquarters were moved to ARM University on Beautiful.

It's purpose is to explore all things that Xeno, which includes Psionics, since there appears to be a link between it and Precursor technology.

Several persons of note are affiliated with the Institute, with tow of the most noteworthy being Professor Xenon and Omerant Lightsinger.

The Institute is rumored to have significant ties with The Majestic Great Library.
