Dometown Delta is a tertiary level colony which was established because of the difficult to breathe air on Minos Prime . It's got a population of 7,000, but there's now a move by the Minotaurs to greatly reduce that number as they have little trust left for off-worlders.

Dometown Delta, once run as an bureaucracy serving the extended full-service campus of ARM University with hopes of it developing into a self-governing colony is now under the oversight of the Dometown Transitional Authority.
Infrastructure
The settlement is a rather modern colony model, placed on Minos Prime 12 years ago. Like Minos Base, it has the capacity to function at T1, but it has limited intake of raw resources other than foodstuffs provided from the Base.

Dometown is composed of the initial colony module dispatched to the surface 20 years ago which has a capacity of 20,000 people. It also has several exploratory vehicles which was previously lent or chartered for surface expeditions, but these activities are now completely at the discretion of the Minans.
