Angelus Andrews is the current Presidio of ARM University at Dometown, making him the most influential University figure in the system. A job he takes very seriously, the complexities of it would possibly wreck someone with less skill and integrity.

Angelus received his doctorate in administration from ARM University when he was 23.
Employment
After doing a 15 year stint with Federacy Regulation Enforcement Directorate, Angelus was accepted into ARM University as a junior administrator and quickly passed the appropriate certifications and showed the greatest aptitude for senior University administration. When Moises Valero was no longer able to function as President at ARM University at Dometown, Angelus stepped into the job.

Angelus is a born and raised "systems man." His parents were both competent Federacy administrators and he learned from them. He's good with people, great with administrations. He's mildly introverted, but knows what makes people-systems work, and so puts his best face forward when needed.

If there was ever a good ol' Cowboy, Angelus would be the one. At the top of his Cowboy Code is the fact that he's completely honest and he doesn't back down. This, of course, causes him to have a strong dislike of politics.
