Malu and the other members of the quinate had remained obstinate against procreating with on another. They feared that a full blooded god would grow up to replace their rule amongst mortal kind. But when they received the prophecy from a sect of the Almighty's devout, of his return to reclaim his world, they saw no other alternative than to raise an army of gods to prepare for his return.   The quinate was right to be wary of birthing new gods into the world.
