Mirakaz: Lord of twisted beasts
Very little is remembered about the mortal form Mirakaz assumed before learning of his ability to morph to the form of animals. He was the first child of Hith and Meyheth. Notably often, his form during his physical rule was described as a humanoid lion creature. Mirakaz quashed many civil wars among his own portion of the kingdom due to the people rising up against his will to bestow new beastial forms unto the mortals. Mirakaz hates the mortal races and rejects any worshipper that has not yet been changed by a beastman’s venom. The beastmen of today roam the land as rabid and violent creatures but draw their lineage from tamed subjects in Mirakaz’ forested kingdom.
Mirakaz is called the lord of fantastical beasts for his bringing monsters into the world. He was so outraged by mankind killing the innocent animals that he morphed species of wildlife into new races of twisted beasts that hunted mankind above any other prey.
Mirakaz delighted in repaying the mortals for hunting animal kind so much he even took part in man hunts with packs of beastmen and other of his beast creations. The kingdom under his rule was eventually completely purged of mortal life as the beastmen had produced too fast, growing beyond their own land’s ability to feed them. This caused conflict with the other lords of the void whose subjects were becoming food for starving beastmen.
There are still mortals heard of receiving a bite of an elder beastman or even Mirakaz himself, taking on the form of legendary creatures. The venom is said even more likely to kill than that of an already lethal dosage of an average beastman. But those who survive a bite is surely blessed by Mirakaz.
