Technological Level
The capital is a large hub of learning and industry, where most of the advancements of the continent are made. Some of it is shared with the other two nations, though much of it is kept to themselves. As a way of protecting themselves in the future, they don't want their advancements in weaponry to get out and keep quiet.
Religion
They primarily follow the main Pantheon but there are fringe religions that have one or more gods that they follow. They usually worship quietly to avoid any suspicion or discrimination for not following the mainstream religion. Those that worship gods outside the big pantheon are usually found in the smaller settlements. Those that worship the gods of other nations also do so quietly for the same reason.
The religion is not led by a high priest or council of any kind. Individual temples, however, do have a high priest or a council—usually three—to lead the temple and surrounding area.

Education
In an effort to protect themselves from future wars, many students of other nations are turned away from their schools. The process for admission is highly selective. They don't want their advancements in weaponry to get out. Those that are accepted, are sworn to secrecy. Depending on their field of study, the secrecy may be enforced through magically binding contracts.
Most, regardless of class, are able to pursue at least a basic education, though this does not mean that all primary schools are the same. The upper class has better access to more resources and have a better chance at a successful future than those of the middle or lower classes.
