Hamish makes a treaty with the Tara-Jhen

The treaty between Shellbay and Bito Ri that would ensure peace between the two peoples. Further, it would see an alliance and trade deals until 15 years after the destruction of the Strand-Bloods and the people of Ravahinas.

Angered by the attacks, the navigator of the Quai territory "Bito Ri," which had been the center of the small assault, agreed to meet with Saltkrigere representatives. Hamish decided he would go himself, and learned much of the language that was known on the voyage. As a show of good faith, Hamish would travel directly to Thiff (The larger territory that Bito Ri was within) regardless of its seclusion from escape.   The Gidofem met alone with Hamish where they discussed terms. during the time of war (and 15 years after), the humans would create and provide Thiff with their Marsh-traversing galleys as well as take the Quai to Shellbay so its control could spread further. The humans would get waterproof leathers (which the Tara-Jhen had only made carrying bags with, not armor) and complete maps of Mot D'nir.   meeting went without a hitch, and Hamish even bended enough to allow Tara-Jhen warriors to serve as commanders of the active Saltkrigere soldiers in the Marsh (along with their own commanders). Lastly, the death of every Strand-Blood was to be seen out.
